I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the painted ceiling added a magnificent touch to the decor. The location was superb, right in the heart of Florence with easy access to the water, cathedral, and fantastic restaurants. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although there was a brief encounter with a less enthusiastic staff member. The dining experience was very satisfying, especially in the beautiful outdoor courtyard. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Florence.
